You can double-check on the alignment amongst participants through a short online survey. I like using “Typeform” which is more fun to fill in than the static google form. And, it is free if you don’t ask more than 10 questions.

A post-workshop questionnaire will raise awareness of the participants’ role, check out how motivated they are and anticipate potential obstacles. Make sure that the participants feel heard and remain eager to act.
