Make sure that you have all the tools at hand that you need to achieve the results you seek. Don’t ever rely on the equipment in a workshop space you booked. In general, the whiteboard and flipchart pens are empty and the sticky notes are of low quality that they immediately fall off the wall.

Print out the agenda with your notes so that you can keep the time, foresee the next steps and adjust if necessary.

Keep in mind that participants will enjoy the workshop more if the tools you use add to the experience.
