The Nutshell
After the workshop, it is worth planning some time for your individual debriefing, a “post-mortem”. Despite the name, the exercise is useful independent of the outcome of the session. It is important to do this when the experience is still fresh.
I usually take notes about my state of mind and make some observations regarding the exercises and general flow. You can use your answers to “Step 1” questions as a guideline.
